Booking Procedure

Customers must pay a deposit upon approval of quotation and itinerary to secure reservations. Two weeks before departure, the company sends airline / railway / bus tickets and final itinerary details with representative contact information.

Payments Procedure

50% of the total tour cost should be paid in advance for confirming your booking and the balance amount should be paid within 30 days prior to commencement of your tour. Special cases like peak season hotels or train journeys may require full advance payment.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment gateways
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash
  • Demand drafts and cheques

All payments must be free of withholding taxes. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Itinerary Amendments

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. The company reserves the right to modify tour content for passenger safety due to circumstances beyond their control.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum cancellation fee: Rs. 1,000 per person

A minimum 10% service charge applies regardless of the cancellation slab.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy above. The refund process may take up to 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges are deducted from refund amounts for credit card or account transfers.

Postponement

Tour costs may change based on new dates, group size, and prevailing conditions at the time of postponement.

COVID-19 Terms

Guests from restricted regions must provide vaccination certificates or negative RT-PCR tests (within 72 hours of travel). Mandatory thermal checks occur at check-in. The management reserves the right to accept or deny any bookings, subject to coronavirus medical history.

Health Requirements

Contagious disease carriers cannot travel with us. Guests found with contagious conditions during tours must depart immediately. Chronic illness or medication information must be disclosed prior to booking; non-disclosure absolves the company of any liability.

Hotel Check-In / Check-Out

  • Standard check-in: 12:00 – 14:00 hrs; check-out: 10:00 – 12:00 hrs.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are chargeable per hotel policy.
  • Valid photo ID required: Aadhaar, driver's licence, voter ID, or passport.
  • Guests must be 18+ years old.
  • Visitors are not allowed after 21:00 hrs.

Liabilities & Limitations

After finalizing tour costs, any increases in monument entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be billed separately to the guest.

Company Responsibilities

Nishnai Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and railways. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the trip scheduled. The company reserves modification rights for participant safety and comfort.

Rates are negotiable and subject to change if hotels or airlines modify their prices. Group size determines transportation type; participants can postpone if groups are small.

Luggage & Meal Policies

  • Passengers should carry only necessary luggage.
  • Carry required food and snacks for train journeys.
  • Warm clothing is essential for cold-climate destinations.
  • Liquor and loud music are prohibited during tours.
  • Pre-set meal menus may change per circumstances; missed meals cannot be claimed.

Reservation Controls

Air / rail reservations are fully computerized, and we do not have any control over seat allocation, or their policies regarding cancellation / refund / rescheduling.

Claims Process

Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within one week of the tour's completion. Passengers must follow their tour coordinator's instructions at all times.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred — directly or indirectly — due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.

Liability Disclaimers

The company disclaims responsibility for loss, injury, or property damage arising from acts of God, fire, accidents, machinery breakdowns, transport failures, wars, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, or regulatory defaults.

No insurance is provided to cover accidents, sickness, theft, or other losses. All baggage and personal property are always at the client's risk. Passengers are advised to obtain travel insurance in their home country.

Dispute Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Trip Cancellation Rights

Nishnai Holidays reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety and well-being.

Passports & Visas

Overseas travellers (except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan) need valid passports with at least six months' validity and appropriate visas. Passport and visa processing costs are not included in tour fees.
