Day 01 : ARRIVAL KOCHI TO MUNNAR

Welcome to Kerala, popularly known as "God’s Own Country." Upon arrival at Kochi Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed towards Munnar, one of South India’s most enchanting hill stations. Nestled amidst rolling hills, misty valleys, and endless tea plantations, Munnar is often referred to as the "Kashmir of South India." En route, enjoy breathtaking views of lush green landscapes, cascading waterfalls, spice plantations, and picturesque tea gardens. Capture memorable photographs at scenic viewpoints before reaching Munnar. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax amidst the cool mountain climate. The evening is free to enjoy the serenity of nature and the refreshing atmosphere of this beautiful hill station.

Day 02 : MUNNAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, proceed for a fascinating sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the famous Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and blessed with panoramic views of rolling grasslands. Continue to Mattupetty Dam, a picturesque reservoir surrounded by hills and forests, offering spectacular views and opportunities for boating. Explore the beautiful Shola Forests and proceed towards Kundala Lake, known for its tranquil beauty and scenic surroundings. Day 03 : MUNNAR TO THEKKADY

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady, a destination renowned for its rich wildlife, spice plantations, and evergreen forests. Nestled in the Western Ghats, Thekkady offers a perfect blend of adventure and nature. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Later, visit the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s most celebrated wildlife reserves. Enjoy a serene boat cruise on Periyar Lake, where you may spot elephants, deer, wild boars, bison, and various species of birds along the lake shore. Explore aromatic spice plantations filled with cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. Visit the local spice market to purchase authentic Kerala spices and handicrafts. Day 04 : THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Alleppey, famously known as the "Venice of the East." Blessed with an intricate network of backwaters, lagoons, canals, and lakes, Alleppey offers one of Kerala’s most unique experiences. Board your traditional Kerala houseboat and begin a relaxing cruise through the tranquil backwaters. Day 05 : ALLEPPEY – KOCHI

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Later, enjoy a city sightseeing tour covering some of Kochi’s iconic landmarks. Visit the famous Chinese Fishing Nets, an enduring symbol of the city’s maritime history. Explore St. Francis Church, one of the oldest European churches in India, and admire the magnificent architecture of Santa Cruz Basilica. BOOKING PROCEDURE

A Contract Exists between us when we have confirmed you on Our Tour / Hotel Booking / Or Any Other Travel Related Services of Your Choice and We have received your Booking Request and Deposits. All Correspondence/s in Respect to Tours / Travel Service Bookings should be Addressed to NISHNAI HOLIDAYS.

PAYMENTS PROCEDURE

50% Advance Payment should be made for Booking on a Confirmed Basis and the Balance Amount Should bePaid 30 Days before Commencement of your Tour. We hold the Right to decide on the amount to be Paid as Advance Payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the Commencement of the Services. Apart From the Above in Some Cases Like Special Train Journeys, Hotel or Resort Bookings during the PeakTourist Season Full Payment is Required to be sent in Advance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by any Online Payment Gateway System, by Bank Transfer, Cash Payment to Our Officesor by Demand Draft / Cheque. All Payments Should Be Free and Clear of any Withholding Tax and Deduction. Bank Charges, if any, for Remittance (by Remitting Bank or by Intermediary Bank) would be Strictly Borne by Payer.

RIGHTS TO AMEND THE ITINERARY IF REQUIRED

Tour Once Commenced Will Strictly Go as Per the Itinerary Finalized. In Case of Events and Circumstances Beyond Our Control, we Reserve the Right to Change all or parts of the Contents of the Itinerary for Safety andWell Being of Our Esteemed Passengers.

PLEASE NOTE - The Refund Process may take up to 2 - 4 weeks due to Banking Procedures. If the Refund is made to the Credit Card Account or to Bank Account, The Bank Charges would be Debited from The Refund Amount.

POSTPONEMENT :

In case of Postponement, the cost may change as per the next tour date and itinerary. Also, it will vary on the number of people and conditions existing during that time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS &ndash (COVID19) :

Guests Arriving from Restricted Countries or Regions will be Required to Share Detailed Information as Prescribed by the Ministry of Tourism&rsquos Protocols, prior to arrival. They should always carry Vaccination Certificate or a Negative COVID19 RT-PCR Report. This test must be Conducted within 72 hrs. prior to the Arrival.

To ensure Safety, mandatory Thermal Temperature Check is done for each Guest before Check-In. The Management Reserves the Right to Accept/ Deny any Bookings, Subject to Corona Virus Medical History or any Other Issues Pertaining to the same. All Guests shall wear Face Mask Compulsorily in General and Hotel Lobby and other Tourist Place common areas.

HEALTH

Any Person who has a Contagious Disease is Forbidden to Travel. Any such Person found during the tour with such condition will be asked to leave the tour immediately and will have to make their own arrangements of returning home.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE HOTEL & RESORTS DEPARTURE POLICY:

Check-In Time is 1200 - 1400 Hours, while Check-Out Time is 1000 - 1200 Hours for most Hotels & Resorts. Early CheckIn and Late Check-Out are Chargeable as per the Hotel Policy. It Is Mandatory for Guests to Present Valid Photo Identification at the time of Check-In. Documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver&rsquos License, Indian Voter ID Card, or Indian / International Passport.

PLEASE NOTE &ndash Pan Card, Company or Student ID card is not an acceptable form of ID. All Hotels & Resorts Reserves the Right to Refuse Check-In in the absence of such Valid Identification Document. The Primary age for all the Guests must be at least 18 Years, to Check-In in any Hotels & Resorts. Visitors are not allowed inside the Guest Room after 21:00 Hrs. Visitors&rsquo Registration is required as your Safety & Security is of our Paramount Concern.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

PLEASE NOTE - After the Finalization of the Tour/Service Cost, if there are any Hikes/Increase in Entrance Fees of Monuments/Museums, Taxes, Fuel Cost or Guide Charges by the Govt. of India, the Same would be charged as Extra.

NISHNAI HOLIDAYS:

1. We act only in the capacity of agent for all Hotels, Airlines, Transporters, Railways & Contractors providing other Services & all Exchange Orders, Receipts, Contracts & Tickets Issued by us are issued Subject to Terms & Conditions under which these Services are provided by them.

2. All Itineraries are Sample Itineraries, intended to give you a General Idea of the Trip Scheduled. Numerous Factors such as Weather condition, Road Conditions and the Physical Ability of the Participants etc. may determine an Itinerary Change either before or on the Tour. We Reserve the Right to Change any Schedule in the best Interest of Participants' Safety, Comfort & General Well Being.

3. Our Rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotels, Airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the Right to modify/change the rates without Notice. In case of such changes the Rates Quoted before can be changed by us according to the modifications made by Hotels or Airlines. All Hotel Bookings are based on usual Check-In and Checkout Time of the Hotels until and unless indicated otherwise in the Itinerary.

4. If there are less tourists on any tour, then the traveling will be arranged as per group size either by Car, Tempo Traveller, or Minibus. In such case, tour participants can choose to postpone their tour for the next available date.

5. Package Is Subject to Availability of Flight - Train &ndash Hotel - Local Vehicles.

6. Extra Bed provided in hotel will be a mattress with bed sheet, blanket, and pillow.

7. Complimentary destinations are subject to time availability.

8. Carry Only Required Luggage / Carry Food Required During Train Journey / Carry Woollen Clothes for Hill Stations / Liquor & Rash Music Is Prohibited During the Tour.

9. There are pre-set menus for meal provided on tour. Organization reserves the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. If the tour participant misses any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he/she has missed or not consumed.

10. Air / Rail reservations are fully computerized, and we do not have any control over seat allocation, or their policies regarding cancellation / refund / rescheduling or any other aspect related to that.

11. Any Claim Related to the Package must be brought to the Notice of the Company Within a Week.

12. Guests must follow instructions given by Tour Coordinator.

13. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the Program or Expenses Incurred - Directly or Indirectly - Due to Natural Hazards, Flight Cancellations, Accident, Breakdown of Machinery or Equipment&rsquos, Breakdown of Transport, Weather, Sickness, Landslides, Political Closures, or any Untoward Incidents.

14. We shall not be responsible for any Loss, Injury or Damage to any Person, Property, or Otherwise in connection with any Accommodation, Transportation or Other Services, Resulting - Directly or Indirectly - from any Act of God, Dangers, Fire, Accident, Breakdown in Machinery or Equipment, Breakdown of Transport, Wars, Civil Disturbances, Strikes, Riots, Thefts, Pilferages, Epidemics, Medical or Custom Department Regulations, Defaults, or any Other Causes Beyond Our Control.

15. We Do Not have any Insurance Policy Covering the Expenses for Accident, Sickness, Loss Due to Theft, or any Other Reasons. Visitors are Advised to seek such Insurance arrangements in their Home Country. All Baggage & Personal Property/s always are at the Client's Risk.

16. All the disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

17. Should there be any doubt or ambiguity, kindly clear the same before making your decision of buying the package / tour. We sincerely work for your merriment and request you to take time for reading all the details minutely, to avoid disappointment at later stage.

18. NISHNAI HOLIDAYS reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety and well-being.

Passports & Visas

To Travel to India from Overseas Countries Except for the Citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06-month Valid Passport and a Valid Visa. And Processing of Passport and Visa are not Included in the Tour Cost.
